Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only at the moment of delivery, in the presence of the delivery representative.
Please inspect your item carefully at the door before the courier leaves. Once the delivery representative has left, returns can no longer be accepted for that order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
If there is any issue with your item, please raise it with the courier at the door before they leave.

لا يُقبل الاسترجاع إلا لحظة الاستلام وبحضور مندوب الشحن.
برجاء فحص القطعة جيدًا عند الباب قبل مغادرة المندوب. بعد مغادرة المندوب لا يمكن قبول الاسترجاع لهذا الطلب.
يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع بطاقاتها.
في حال وجود أي مشكلة بالقطعة، برجاء إبلاغ المندوب عند الباب قبل مغادرته.
